Why is my discount code not working?

Troubleshoot why your discount code doesn’t work from app discount field or checkout page.

Steps

• Make sure the discount is active.

• If the discount code is eligible to a specific customer or a group of customers, customer needs login their account on your store in order for the discount to be applied on cart discount field.

• If the discount is BOGO (But X Get Y) discount code, You need to make sure that both X and Y products are in the cart in order for the discount to be applied - It is the default from Shopify.
  However, we realize that this might be confusing as some customers forget to add the gift product to their cart thus the discount code will not work on the cart discount field or checkout.
