How can I track the discounts’ usage?

Overview

Discounts usage is tracked from DiscountYard app dashboard. Loyalty, referral, and one-time usage codes are deleted from your store after being used.

DiscountYard provides you detailed performance & analytics data for your discount codes and how many times they are used.

Steps

  • Go to App dashboard (Shopify dashboard > Apps > DiscountYard app)

  • In the overview section, you will find 3 main stats:

    • Widget Loads: how many times the app discount field has been loaded or displayed to the customer on cart.

    • Discounts Used: how many times your discount codes have been used.

    • Orders: how many orders your customers purchased using your discount codes.

  • Then, you will find a Search section where you can search for a specific discount code to see its analytics.
