How to add/deduct store credit from customers?

Overview

CreditsYard provides you the opportunity to add or deduct store credit from your customers in a very easy, simple way.
You can also send an automatic notification email to customers to notify them that a store credit is added or deducted from their account. This store credit can be used on other purchases, and you can specify the expiration date as you want.


Steps

  • Go to App > Customers

  • Choose your customer from the list. Or search for him/her in the search bar using their ID, email, name or tag.

  • Click on Adjust Credit.

  • Then, you can add or deduct the amount you want as the following screenshot.

  • You can also add a reason for your customer.

  • CreditsYard can send your customer a notification email if you checked this box as follows.
