How to add/deduct store credit from customers?
Overview
CreditsYard provides you the opportunity to add or deduct store credit from your customers in a very easy, simple way.
You can also send an automatic notification email to customers to notify them that a store credit is added or deducted from their account. This store credit can be used on other purchases, and you can specify the expiration date as you want.
Steps
Go to App > Customers
Choose your customer from the list. Or search for him/her in the search bar using their ID, email, name or tag.
Click on Adjust Credit.
Then, you can add or deduct the amount you want as the following screenshot.
You can also add a reason for your customer.
CreditsYard can send your customer a notification email if you checked this box as follows.
