How does CreditsYard work?
The app allows you to issue store credit to your customers that can be used to process refunds or reward customers. The store credit can then be spent on new orders.
Let’s assume that a customer of yours purchased shoes. Then, he/she decided to return these shoes and get his/her money back (that he paid via Credit Card for example). Instead of paying him/her back on his/her credit card (real money); you can issue store credit (virtual money) to this customer (as in e-Wallets). He/she can use this store credit on other orders without deducting from the customer’s real money and without adding new real money on your credit card.
